Apper is a no-code app builder that works with the AI subscription you already have. You describe the app to Claude or ChatGPT, and Apper supplies the backend the AI would otherwise have to invent: logins, permission profiles, customer data separation, payments and hosting. It also offers API connectors and triggers for tools such as Slack, email and Google Sheets.
The lifetime deal is a one-time payment with no renewal. It is sold in five plans from $69 to $999. The entry plan covers one private (internal-use) app and websites on custom domains, while higher plans add public multi-tenant apps. Apper says it never charges for AI or caps messages, because you bring your own key.
It suits freelancers, small businesses, agencies and founders who want to prototype and launch without a development team. It is not aimed at people who prefer to code everything from scratch. The page lists a 30-day refund, and notes the product was founded in 2025, so it is a young company.
