ClaimPress adds a claims workflow to WooCommerce, allowing customers to submit warranty, return, and exchange requests from their account or a guest form. Store administrators can manage claims in a dashboard, set warranty options and durations per product, and configure refund policies and customer notifications.

WooCommerce store owners can also use paid warranty upsells, exchange and return fee settings, file uploads, warranty certificates, and claim analytics where included in their plan. The Personal plan is listed with one site license; Business and Agency plans have different site allowances. Check the selected plan’s feature list and license count.
