IvyForms is a WordPress plugin for building forms with drag-and-drop fields, templates, an AI option that builds a form from a description, conditional logic and multi-page layouts. A styles panel controls backgrounds, borders, colors and spacing, and forms can be embedded with Gutenberg, Elementor, Divi or a shortcode.
Entries are searchable and filterable in one dashboard, with multiple email notifications, confirmation messages, reCAPTCHA, hCaptcha or Turnstile spam protection, and access by WordPress role. Its native wpDataTables integration feeds submissions into live tables and charts, and entries can be mirrored to Google Sheets. It also connects to Stripe and PayPal for payments, the Amelia booking plugin, Mailchimp, Zapier and webhooks, and works with AI agents over MCP.
