N8N AI Gmail Email Manager is a ready-to-import n8n workflow (a .json file) that adds AI to your Gmail inbox. For each new email it can look at the message and its thread, classify it by priority, urgency and type, apply a Gmail label, and flag whether it needs a reply or follow-up.
It can also write context-aware reply drafts in a tone you set, send urgent-email alerts to Telegram or Slack, and save selected attachments to Google Drive with duplicate detection. The documented workflow supports OpenAI, Anthropic Claude and local models through Ollama.
