Sheetify CRM runs on Google Sheets and Apps Script, so a small business can manage its customer list without a separate CRM subscription. It keeps contacts and leads with type, source and date added, and moves deals through a visual multi-stage pipeline. Each deal can be tied to inventory items, and a dashboard shows deal totals, average deal size and won against lost deals.
It also tracks tasks with owners and due dates, handles support tickets, and sends personalised bulk emails from your own Gmail account using templates and merge fields. Contacts can be imported straight from Gmail.
Tier 1 is the CRM. Tier 2 adds the Sheetify Bookkeeping and Sheetify Project toolkits, with invoicing, financial dashboards and project views. The company is a small bootstrapped team in New Zealand, founded in December 2024. Refunds run 60 days; activate within 60 days.
